Our team of specialists have decades of experience evaluating and treating patients who have sustained concussions through auto accidents or other injuries.
Let us work with you to create an individual treatment plan that addresses all your symptoms–physical, cognitive, and emotional.
Here is what you can expect…
Step 1: Onboarding
You’ll meet our patient care coordinator, who will send you materials to fill out electronically. We will then schedule you to meet with one of our Neuropsychologists for a comprehensive initial interview.
Step 2: Initial Interview
This initial interview is conducted remotely thru a secure telemedicine portal, lasts approximately three hours and includes a period during which the doctor will explain in detail your brain condition and recommendations for improvement.

Step 4: Feedback Session
Our Doctor will meet with you to discuss our analysis and recommendations. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan for you.


Step 3: Testing and Evaluation
You’ll complete a series of paper and computer tests to evaluate cognitive functions such as memory, concentration, processing speed, verbal and spatial abilities, high-level reasoning, and problem solving.
Step 4: Feedback Session
Our Doctor will meet with you to discuss our analysis and recommendations. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan for you.
Step 5: Treatment
Based on our evaluation, we will refer you to specialists—in or beyond our clinic—who will administer your treatment plan, which may involve any combination of physical, psychological, and occupational therapies or medications.
Step 6: Follow-Up
After a few months of treatment, we’ll meet again to discuss what seems to be working and what could be modified. We’ll adjust your plan and continue the process as long as necessary until you feel you’re at a point of maximum recovery.
Step 5: Treatment
Based on our evaluation, we will refer you to specialists—in or beyond our clinic—who will administer your treatment plan, which may involve any combination of physical, psychological, and occupational therapies or medications.
